Anna University has secured the top spot among Indian institutions in a global ranking, placing 42nd globally. It was followed by VIT University at 65th, SRM Institute of Science and Technology at 84th, KIIT University at 92nd, and Delhi University at 98th. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) secured the first rank globally, with Stanford University in second place. Singapore's National University of Singapore was ranked third, while Wageningen University & Research from the Netherlands secured seventh position.
